Not only is this my favourite wax in London, but the best one I’ve ever had. I’ve seen several ladies here and they’re all fantastic - as pain free as possible, friendly and professional. The TV distraction is a great touch - Friends or Sex and the City reruns may by the best distraction of all time.

Disappointed with the hollywood hot wax because it was extremely painful and usually it's not (at Luxury wax bar). Also got my eyebrows waxed, paid £10 but looked at it the next day and was so upset with the results. There were gaps and my eyevrows weren't even. My colleagues also noticed this because i usually get my eyebrows done else where and they could see how bad it looked. With the hollywood wax, it's usully good, but this beautician just rips the wax off and it's extremely painful. I've had better service before. Feel like i didn't get the service i paid for.
