Really disappointed. When I went for the colour test (as I’d not been before), the lady at reception was very friendly so thought I’d found a great place!
Next day was completely different. Girls at reception were quite rude, I was given baby wipes to wipe off my make up and was left to leave with huge black eyes (which were extremely sore because of the wipes). I was asked if I took any medication (normal questions) and then persisted with whether I took acne medication (I had one spot?!). Ironic as I’ve since come out in lots of white heads around my eyebrows (never had this before).
I was very surprised as the reviews were brilliant - perhaps an off day but even down to the lack of make up remover in a professional salon (blows my mind and the effect leaves everything feeling dirty) means I’d never go back. Shame.
