For my first appointment I had my arms strip waxed. I booked hot wax but the pleasant lady said strip wax will be better. The place is a little bit hard to find,so I had to call, its down an alleyway (not dodgy at all). Anyway, I returned for a second appointment but for my first Hollywood wax. I was nervous and had been putting off for so long, I really can't say. I had Maria Jose, who made me feel at ease. I really don't know what I was worried about because the wax didn't hurt as much as I thought. It was also done really quick but she wasn't rushing. The receptionists was just as pleasant. I am so glad to have found this gem of a place. Customer service is 100% and you need that especially when it comes to your delicate area.

Treatments at the wax bar never disappoint - all the beauticians are well trained, quick and do a good job. My only slight niggle this time was my therapist ran 20 mins late. I couldn’t stay so had to return another day for one of my treatments. To be fair, this was probably due to anothe client being late to their appointment but it did mean a second trip. Have been there several times and this hasn’t been a problem before though. Definitely still the best option for waxing in the local area.
