I usually have an excellent therapist that does my waxing here. Unfortunately this time I had another therapist that did a terrible job. She had a very waxing poor technique, spilling hot wax over me, and pulled the wax of very roughly and aggressively. Not ideal when getting a Hollywood wax! I hope she doesn't practice again as the standard of service here is usually very high.
