Eliza was very nice and did a good job. The main thing I didn’t like tho was that she suggested it was better for me to do strip wax instead of hot wax (which I had booked) on my legs due to my hair type, and that it would be the same price. However, on Treatwell, I paid £80 for hot wax, and strip wax would have been £39, so half the price. Strip wax, although more expedient, was very painful and potentially not as good as the result I could have had with hot wax.

Sara is a great therapist and I had a perfect Hollywood. Clean and painless.
Price are getting too high at the salon though and I have to reduce the services.

I have been getting treatment with the Luxury Bar for about 2 years and this is the first time I’ve received poor customer service and treatment. The therapist that did my treatment wasn’t gentle when removing wax and this actually damaged my skin. I’m very disappointed in the service I received and the future I expected better.
