I was late by 5 minutes, and i even rang up beforehand to see if that was ok. I got to the venue and i was rushed.. bearing in mind i just wanted a tidy up and ir was only 3 weeks ago since i had my last wax, so there wasnt much there anyways, but as i was going on holiday i wanted a clean bikini. firstly, did not do a good wax - no talcum powder was put on to begin with, she just lumped the hot wax on and tried to take everything off all at once, which didn’t work, instead of starting off with the sides and doing it bit by bit. I asked for a hollywood and got just got the front bit done. I was left with hairs still on there, after a bad attempt at trying to pluck them out. Im not impressed at all with the lack of customer service and quality of treatment.
