‘Luxury’ is a bit of a stretch. But ‘efficient’ describes the service very well. If you need to be in and out within less than ten minutes, this is your place to go. Usually the staff are lovely, but today I very much felt the time pressure that they’re under. I was three minutes late for my appointment and my beauty therapist was very stressed out (and made it known). Maybe they should introduce longer appointment slots, gaps between appointments, or just have more therapists working. It would make it a much nicer experience for staff and customers, and less frantic!
