Super happy I found this Salon. I have going recently to have my treatment done and it is the least painful waxing experience I have ever done!!! My therapist was super friendly and she made me feel at ease during the session.She also let me check the results which are always up to standard. It s a lovely and clean environment overall and I highly recommend this salon.Thank you Luxury Waxbar for a great experience!!!

Hollywood Waxing

I booked a Hollywood wax and paid extra for a buttox wax.
During the Hollywood wax, the lady kept pulling the wax upwards which caused me to bleed a lot. She kept suggesting it's because I'm starting my period soon but I kept saying my period ended a week before my appointment so that's not the reason my skin is bleeding.
Each time she pulled a strip, she applied little to no pressure allowing the pain. It seemed almost deliberate. After a while the wax was starting to get really hot and again she was blaming it on extra sensitivity due to period starting soon (which wasn't true)
I tried to ignore the excessive pain, blood and burning. She then asked me to turn over so she can start my back.
When she started my crack that's when the wax was unbearably hot. Again.. She blamed period. Then she when on to wax my buttocks. She applied hot wax with a rolling dispenser all over a cheek at a time and removed it using 1 wax strip.
At the end the left the room and asked me to get dressed. When I got up I realised there was lots of hair left on my front and my back. There was also wax left on my thighs and buttocks. I didn't bother asking her to finish the job in fear that she will do something worse.
When I got home my buttocks had dark burn marks around the perimeter of were she used the hot wax. These burn marks are still there (4 days later) and it's ruined my holiday beach outfit.
This is not my first time getting a Hollywood wax but it's my last time ever getting a wax from this place
