Adela was fantastic as always. The treatment was a little more painful than usual (just to do with my own body sensitivities) but Adela made the experience as relaxing as an intimate area wax could be. And the reception staff were as welcoming and friendly as ever.

A bit disappointed this time as I still had some hair (quite a bit) on my legs post waxing.. wasn't perfect as before...
But I guess I should have let the staff know before leaving.
