A very clean place with professional staff. I liked how there was a tv show playing as a distraction. My very sensitive skin wasn't irritated after the treatment, which was great. That said, upon returning home I noticed quite a bit of hair left here and there, while the top of my thighs was completely overlooked (and so fully covered in hair). It was overall a pleasant experience but I was expecting to leave the place with smooth skin and ultimately I didn't, thus the 3 stars.
