I have been visiting this place for years now and never had disappointing service until this time when I had bikini wax done. The wax was so hot to the point that I felt my skin might have been burnt from it when the therapist applied to the intimate area. I kindly asked her for the temperature adjustment but she almost ignored my request and continued to apply the same wax which was extremely hot to the remaining area.
I could see red marks on the areas where I felt uncomfortable during the treatment which clearly are the burnt skin. I was extremely disappointed as this is the only salon I go to for intimate area waxing treatment and has been a long time customer. Therapists should listen and accept the requests when customers ask for it especially if it has to do with high temperature of wax.
