The therapist I had wasn’t Steph, and, unfortunately due to being Deaf, I missed the replacement therapist’s name! She is such a lovely woman, and so very sweet - she became much more patient and considerate once I disclosed my deafness to her. She was very efficient with my treatment which meant I was in and out before I knew it! I was very anxious for this appointment, and she put me at ease beautifully. It was wonderful! I wish I retained her name! xx
