Always welcoming and friendly staff. Beautician is a bit way too chatty and always leaving few hairs which is so annoying. Done sugaring few times cause it meant to be less painful than normal strip waxing but I still feel a terrible pain, I guess my skin is way too sensitive. Last time I booked for a treatment and still got charged a like extra for a request I had, which apparently it meant to be included as its stated on the description on the wall at the venue. Overall it’s a decent treatment but I don’t think I’ll go back again.
