The receptionist was kind and accommodating when I had to rearrange my appointment at short notice. Stefania (hopefully spelt right!) was professional, attentive and thorough. I’ve previously had wax treatments at your Farringdon branch - amazing staff and experience there also! Will definitely return. Kind Regards
