Geanina was a very professional therapist who looked after me and made me feel comfortable despite the discomfort! The only “negative “ I can say is that I have been a client for 4 years having almost monthly treatments and I have never received a free treatment for loyalty!
Other than that the place is wonderful and the therapists brilliant!

The wax used is hot and thick which is really good for sensitive areas. The therapists are friendly and the showing of TV episodes makes things a lot less awkward. The place isn't quite what you'd expect under a pharmacy and it's not very clean, but is great value for money and she didn't double dip
The eyebrow threading isn't traditionally asian, as the lady doesn't use the pressure by holding the tread in her mouth. This makes it more painful, but the results are good and it looked great.
