Have been going to the new LWB near oxford circus so haven't been to this one for a while. It felt really tired and needing a spruce up/really good clean tbh. Also the therapist double dipped a couple of times which really shocked me as i've always loved the fact they don't do that here. Really like this place and think its really good value for money so please don't go downhill!
