I had an appointment with Geanina for a Hollywood wax. First of, we started 5 minutes late because of their schedule. I was there 10 minutes early. She didn't trim the hair which led to the wax being excruciatingly painful. She also left some long hairs which I had to wax myself, I paid money for this service so I didn't have to do it. In the end she didn't even put any aloe vera lotion or oil to cool down the area or to calm the redness and bumps, it was awful to walk back with the pain. She was in a hurry all through the appointment which led to a terrible experience and customer service. Very disappointed. I booked this place because of the reviews of other customers but I certainly don't think it's worth the money nor that the other reviews are true.
