The products used, and service provided are good (especially for the price). I love the netflix as well! However, I think the therapists could take a bit of extra time to remove more difficult hairs or ingrown hairs. I understand that there is a time constraint, however, an extra 5 minutes would make a positive difference. Otherwise the services seem very rushed.
