Rushed and botched ! Treatment was supposed to last 1 hour and 15 min. It actually took 15 min because the lady rushed and did poor quality of treatment. All my hair was back 5 days later!! It seems the lady rushed the job so that she could go back and chat with her friends. It had been my favorite salon for 3 years... but it is now a massive waste of money. I will not return
