Although my waxing therapist was nice, there were a few issues. All hair was not removed which was frustrating,the place was difficult to find as it was located in the basement of a pharmacy,this should be advertised on the venue’s page,a violent tv show was playing,which didn’t create a calming/relaxing ambience. The furniture was in poor condition and better technique is needed,as the position for hollywood was not effective or comfortable. Unfortunately not satisfied with my experience
