I love the place and my previous service was amazing but my hollywod wax was a horrible experience this time. Not only was Dominique not friendly at all, but she was not delicate when applying and removing the wax, handled the area with a lot of force, and even picked on my skin (I'm guessing to remove ingrown hair) without my consent. It was painful and all I wanted was for it to be over and run out of there. Horrible and a little traumatic tbh.
