I always come here, and I've always been impressed by the staff and their work. However this time round, it was more uncomfortable than usual. The therapist didn't pull the hot wax efficiently so it kept tugging on the skin, making it painful and unpleasant. Perhaps a one off, but I thought I'd mention it none the less!
