I couldn’t attend my original appt due to train delays (thanks Hammersmith and city line) so I emailed in saying sorry I won’t able to attend and thought that was my money down drain but Anamaria was so lovely and rebooked it for the next day! And Andreea is wonderfully skilled at her job and a very funny and pleasant person x
