I wasn’t asked if I wanted a Brazilian or Hollywood wax like had happed during previous visits... as I had booked a Brazilian I didn’t take note. Next thing I know, all my hair is gone 😱. Reminder for next time: always have a mini consultation even if you think everything is clear!!!
