I am a frequent client of theEdgware Road branch and rarely have issues. But now when I book appointments I will make sure I do not pick a time when AnaMarija is my beautician. She didn't make me feel welcomed or comfortable, she didn't do a good job on my wax (she didn't get all of the hair, there were numerous bits of wax left on my body when I left, and she removed the wax before it had fully dried, meaning the experience was abnormally painful), and she didn't keep her room clean.
