I had a very unpleasant Hollywood wax experience with Geanina. She was extremely rough and only spent 10 minutes on the session, in addition to that the wax was too hot as she burned off my skin. She didn’t even ask if the temperature on the wax was OK. Still after 2 days my skin is hurting. I have been to the salon many times, but the past few times have all been bad experiences so I will NOT be returning.
