Alexandra was lovely and knew how to deal with skin that was used to shaving for a long time. The hot wax did not hurt at all, and they made sure I was comfortable during the experience (watching friends on netflix!). The best part is that they offer a variety of deals on site and a loyalty card. Will definitely be coming back!
