I felt the place has gone downhill in terms of service and atmosphere from how I remembered. I wasn't a fan of the communication style and customer service of the therapist, everything felt wrong. She didn't want to play any episodes either which made the whole experience even more uncomfortable. The only positive interaction was with the receptionist who was really kind and nice.

All of the therapists here are great, quick and thorough. And generally pretty pain free too. The TVs can help distract you too.
Angelica is very funny and totally takes your mind off what's happening, but everyone is very friendly!
Definitely the best waxing experience here!

So impressed with efficiency and cleanliness with a Hollywood wax done in 15 minutes. Only feedback would be that the staff are not always that friendly to customers, can come across as a bit and seem a bit over worked
