The staff was friendly, priscillia did a great job and was very thorough. The pain wasn’t too bad and I had no bumps or anything afterwards. I will definitely be going back. The only thing I would say is that the location can be hard to find. It’s on the basement level of a pharmacy and i couldn’t find any external signage from the street. Maybe you could let people know ahead of time how to find it? But still, 5 stars.

I’ve been coming to luxury wax bar for years but this has been the worse experience. The therapist was sloppy and the experience was so painful. There’s so many wax left on my skin. She also asked me to move different awkward positions to do the wax. I’m not happy at all.

I just felt like the bikini wax was not very precise with some left hair and my leg wax was very rushed! The appointment says 50 minutes and it was all done in 30 but not because of being quick it felt rushed.
