I’ve only recently started waxing and Priscilla is so lovely and attentive. She makes sure that you’re alright and are comfortable. The space is clean and well maintained.

I’m super super disappointed as the actual wax was good and the lady was lovely but she gave me wax burn and now my skin is completely discoloured. I did feel like she was being rough after ripping off the wax but I’m shocked my skin burned badly for the rest of the day but I thought the burning would go away and everything would be fine but I’m left with discolouration and scabbing? I’m upset.
