Loved the waiting room with magazines and TV.
In the treatment room, tv was available but not showing anything, no music in room, floor was a bit sticky with spilled wax. Bed raised at the head was uncomfortable, better to have a pillow.
My beautician was lovely, she knew exactly when it would be more painful and took care to that effect.
Overall I would go again.

I was really impressed with the level of service at the Luxury Wax Bar. The staff are really friendly and professional. They tried their best to accommodate me when I called to move my appointment up earlier. The wax was painless and the therapist was clearly experienced and knowledgeable. To top it all off the price was really good. I'd definitely go back. :-)

Everything was great, perfect!
The place is really new and nice, there is a tv that people can watch while having the wax treatment (I watched Sex and the City!!!), nice touch!
I rated it 4 only because it took a bit too long than I expected and because some hairs were left, but not many at all!
I am very satisfied!
