The therapist was friendly and clean the room before I went in. Wax was good a tiny bit painful but can be expected. I just didn't like they change the therapist last minute and they didn't inform me and I wasn't able to cancel after 24 hours. Was alright but Before used to be more flexible I think and more therapist.
