I had a Hollywood waxing and it was surprisingly not too painful. The therapist was lovely and the ambiance is nice. There's a TV and it was enough to distract me from the pain. I would definitely come back .

The only reason I'm not giving full marks is that the therapist was unfortunately delayed by about 20 minutes by another booking which overran - not ideal on a pamper day, but she was lovely about it and the session itself was great, too. Perfect wax, as always; sensitive care, good advice, and a pleasant experience - for what it is!! ;-)
