Although this is the best waxing place in London, this last time, I don't know if the wax was different, but a lot of my body hair broke instead of being pulled from the root. After a week I already have hair, like if I shaved. It's an exception, never happen before. My opinion on this place is still the best, and I'll for sure come back.

Honestly the best place I've been to in London for the value of their pricing. Staff were beyond polite an welcoming. During my arm/Hollywood/full leg wax the beautician was very nice, precise and professional. We were welcomed with a beverage and waiting 2 minutes is the waiting room with magazines and television. The place was very very clean.

This was the best bikini waxing experience I've ever had. The beautician was very friendly and chatty which made me feel very comfortable. I watched sex and the city during my wax, which was over very quickly (in around 20 minutes). Of course waxing is a bit painful but the beautician definitely worked to keep pain to a minimum. Very happy with the result, no redness/sensitivity. I'll definitely be back.

Not pain full as the normal wax, but hair has grown vero fast. I will try again and see what happens

I had a Hollywood waxing and it was surprisingly not too painful. The therapist was lovely and the ambiance is nice. There's a TV and it was enough to distract me from the pain. I would definitely come back .
