The location is not obvious, you have to enter the pharmacy called pharmacentre and then go downstairs where the beauty salon is. If this is your first time, you have to fill up a health check form. You also get offered a bottle of still water. Music is modern (I can remember Uptown funk, Get me to church, etc.) but not too loud. Salon is warm. Treatment rooms are comfy, very clean, and modern looking. They also have a TV screen where they put Sex and the city episodes on (very nice touch, while you get your treatment, it's pretty entertaining, I really appreciated). Finally my hollywood and armpit waxing job went very well, not painful, rear included, hot wax only (no strip) and well finished. I was extremely happy with the whole experience. My beautician was Cristina. No bad point. Everything was great and went very well.

I'm so pleased to have found somewhere that does an inexpensive hot wax treatment in London, and around the corner from work! There is no fuss to this place - just good honest service with a smile. The ladies are all very friendly and do a great job. I love the perk of getting to watch sex and the city while having your treatment done. I was in and out in 20 min - will definitely be coming back as a regular.

Such great value from such a great place. Lovely waxers. It was my first time and she made me feel much more comfortable. The best thing was that she explained what she was doing so I understood why, so often in beauty parlours they do their thing and you sit there like a dummy, but not here.
