The staff are good- treatment was done quickly and thoroughly. I like the DVD's on the TV, it's a nice touch and distracts from the pain of a wax. It is weird that it's in the basement of a chemist, but overall it is good

This place is tip top - but if you'd miss it if you walked down the street as it's tucked at the back of the Pharmacentre chemists on Edgware Road and down the stairs. I've been twice now, and simply won't go anywhere else for waxing now. The hygiene factor here is better than anywhere I've been to in London and the staff are friendly too. Great wax product (they use Lycon) which is quick, low pain and leaves a great result.
