I had an arm wax and it was really thorough and the technician very very sweet, however I would not recommend this to people with sensitive skin. It is the day after and I have many small pimples on my arms, which has not happened before.

The leg waxing was quick and painless and the technician lovely but, unlike other reviewers, I still have the stray hair here and there and left with quite a bit of wax residue, so not 5 stars, but great value.
