First time getting a brazilian done and i was in and out of the venue within 15 minutes. The staff are pleasant and there are chairs for you to sit and wait. The lady nicoleta (sorry for bad spelling) was very nice and explained the procedure to me etc. i will definitely return because the waxing experience was very good for my first brazilian.

Excellent as always. All the girls do a great job and are lovely and chatty and really put you at ease. Great value vs other wax joints in London which are a rip off.

Great experience, clean treatment rooms and great value for money. The staff were friendly and professional, I didn't have to wait around and was seen straight away. I had booked a bikini wax, which was done efficiently with natural wax. And they have episodes of Sex and the City on repeat which helps!

Had my appointment with Adelina and was running late as I had lost my mobile phone. Adelina was very accommodating and saw me straight away and offered to help me find my phone - bless! The treatment was good and I cheekily asked for an additional wax treatment which I hadn't booked for which she did as well. Despite the rush, Adelina was through.
