I had upper lip threading which I cannot fault, the lady was so lovely and did a great job - not a hair left in sight. However, my hollywood waxing was done by a different staff member - Cristina. It was my first time getting a hollywood and making her aware of this I thought she would try to make me feel more comfortable. She sighed when I told her, she was impatient when I asked her to stop saying if I am "not able for the pain I should come back another time", she was rude and made me feel so uncomfortable. It was very clear she did not want to do it so I told her to stop having only half of it done and wax still remaining! I left and went elsewhere to have it finished as I could not get out of that salon quick enough. I was so annoyed as I paid in full prior to having this done and she did not even apologise for her attitude.. Very disappointed as this is where I usually go for my waxing and threading but I definitely will not be rushing back.

I'm a returning customer and will keep on coming back, love the salon and the girls that work there are lovely and great. If anything need said, At times I would prefer to watch the movie rather than talk but that's a very minor point!

Really awesome. Made it super comfortable. Just wish they would press down a little more after the wax has come off! Haha, but lovely place.
