I can not fault the service or flexibility at this venue. The staff were extremely accommodating when I was running late and managed to squeeze me in later and did not bat an eyelid when I was late for that appointment too!! Sex and the City was playing whilst my professional therapist whipped away and I was very happy with everything that I received. Whilst the location is a little out of the way the whole experience was so fantastic that I am happy to go out of my way to visit again and have recommended it to friends and family.

Staff didn't speak much. But wax was good not too painful. Put sex and the city on the tv which was odd at first but was actually relaxing and a good distraction

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The staff are super friendly and make you feel very comfortable. And you can watch sex and the city while you have your wax!
