This was my 3rd time here and I will keep coming back! Friendly, professional, discreet staff. Very quick, relatively painless process, and being able to watch Sex and The City in the background is an excellent distraction! Unbeatable value as well. I strongly recommend this place :)

I am beyond impressed with this place. I decided to come here based on all the good reviews, cheap price of a Hollywood and leg wax and the fact they use Lycon for the bikini wax. I'd been meaning to try it but most places charge twice that for the Lycon.
My wax was yesterday evening and it was quick and as painless as it gets. The stylist was lovely and friendly, chatting away with me - she really made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She did the job efficiently and quickly, I couldn't believe it when it was over!
Another big perk - they play Sex and the City in the background while you're getting your treatments done.
One thing to note - the waiting room is quite small, so I wouldn't recommend getting there early in case there are no seats. That's no big deal at all though, this place is well worth the trek across London for. I've already booked my next appointment!
