It was my first time to have a Brazilian /Hollywood wax so was a bit nervous before hand. Although I was a little late, the whole waxing appointment took no more than 15mins! It was far less painful than I had expected and definitely wouldn't mind doing it again. Overall really positive experience and I felt completely at ease. It was just what I needed, a fast, painless, easy experience.
