I chose this place because of all the positive reviews. The place is nicely decorated, neat and tidy.. Treatment was quick, but not the kind of quick you'd want. It felt rushed, she applied the wax in huge sections. The direction she was pulling in wasnt always the best. A few times she stopped midway when pulling (sometimes slip of hand or just.. I don't know). She didn't really stretch the skin, if i'm being honest how she did it was half arsed. I offered to stretch if she needed me to. Because of the large space of wax applied and poor choice of direction in which the hair was pulled out she had to go over the area multiple times.
I'm sure this doesn't always happen but it'd be great if the lady that did me could put in her 100% for each customer otherwise they would lose new clients. She was nice but the treatment was too rushed and uncomfortable. I won't be revisiting here.

I've been visiting the clinic at Pharmacentre for a while now and I'm very happy with the service all the time. The girl that normally treats me is fast, clean and friendly, I think her name is Gianina. I've been to a a couple of clinics in London and this is my favorite, almost painless and efficient. Totally recommend it.
