I had a Hollywood wax with Andrea and she was fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone. It's the BEST in London. I'm definitely a loyal customer for life.

The therapist (Geanina) was excellent, and the treatment was not at all painful. I like that the salon uses Lycon hot wax in particular and good aftercare products (also by Lycon). The only thing that's a bit odd is that they don't (unlike at other salons I've been to) wear gloves on both hands

This is a nice hygienic looking place, and the staff are nice and welcoming. Online bookings go smoothly. Threading was a bit painful though and would probably not book threading again.

It only took 10 minutes for waxing. I was in and out in 15 minutes. It's located in the basement of pharmacy.
