Really nice experience, welcoming staff and caring, clean, quick only problem is that it was difficult to find the first time as it in the basement of a pharmacy.. no hesitation I will return (as usual) !

I needed to find a new waxing place as my regular therapist is moving abroad. I read loads of Treatwell reviews and decided on here. I must admit 1st impressions weren't great. I thought the receptionist (who was in fact the therapist who was doing my treatment) was cold and unfriendly. She didn't put me at ease at all. Instead she barked orders at me of what to do, e.g. Sit there, fill out this form. Maybe she was just having a bad morning. She warmed up during my treatment and was actually quite pleasant in the end. The Brazilian wax was great, Quick and painless...and I'm a wimp! She was thorough and left me with a good clean wax. I will definitely be back
