The entrance of the place is in the basement so it seems a little shady and is hard to find the first time since there are no signs outside. The reception area is also quite cramped. However the rooms are well sized and very comfortable. Everything is sanitary, the people are lovely and accommodating. Quality treatments at reasonable prices. One suggestion should be to tell customers in advance if their card machine is not working.
