Clean and did the job - very good value. It was a pleasant distraction to watch Sex and the City while having my Brazilian. Don't expect the gentle treatment or bedside manner you might get at more expensive salons. This is quick and functional - there will be no sympathy for your whimpering and frankly there was a point where I honestly believed from the pain that I had probably been maimed (I have had numerous Brazilians before) but it all turned out ok in the end. Good budget option; if you're a nervous first-timer I'd suggest a more expensive spa but if you're a bit more hardy this is a good option.
