Brazilian wax was relatively quick and less painful than other places I've experienced. However in terms of venue, it was a bit run down, staff weren't friendly and the overall vibe of the place was a bit odd, situated at the back of a pharmacy). Also their card machine didn't work so I had to find a cash machine and return to pay after my treatment.
