An all-round bad experience, and overpriced too. I’ve gone waxing many times, and it’s never hurt this much - twice she caught a piece of my regular hair. There’s pieces of wax everywhere on back and neck. It’s a dingy basement. No redeeming features

Absolutely fabulous! Probably the quickest and most pain free wax I have had at this salon (and they are all very good - so it’s always quick and painless).
