I really enjoy the sex and the city videos they play as takes the awkwardness out as sometimes the staffs English is not great. Also takes tour mind off the pain. She was a nice girl and I was happy with the wax as she did her best to make it pain free with the breath in actions !! They should tell all customers to do this as it really works on the pain !
